What should be paid attention to when adding antiwear hydraulic oil?

Antiwear hydraulic oil is a new additive based on common machine oil, which has excellent anti emulsifying performance. The existence of hydraulic oil is very important to mechanical operation, but we should pay attention to some necessary application principles when increasing and using.
One. Choose the right type. According to the kinematic viscosity of 40 ℃, the antiwear hydraulic oil can be divided into four grades: 22, 32, 46 and 68. Different oil products have different application conditions. If there are grey type and non grey type products, grey type is better than gray type in corrosion resistance, hydrolysis stability, demulsification and filtration of silver and copper parts, but the wear resistance is general. In order to ensure the power of hydraulic oil, it is necessary to select the appropriate viscosity grade hydraulic oil type according to the planning parameters, working conditions and ambient temperature of the hydraulic system. If the viscosity is too high, the pressure drop and power consumption of the operating system will increase. If the viscosity is too high, it is difficult to start up in cold weather. The viscosity is small, the internal leakage of the pump is increased, and the volume power is reduced.
Two. Keep the operating environment clean. Air, moisture, dust, mechanical debris and other factors affect the use of anti-wear hydraulic oil. Once the hydraulic oil is polluted, it will form corrosion to the equipment, block the filter and throttle hole, accelerate the aging of the oil and the corrosion of the hydraulic components. Therefore, when increasing the hydraulic oil, pay attention to the oil quality to ensure that the anti-wear parts are clean. Conditional enterprises can supply filtration system to keep oil clean.
3. If you are an inexperienced user, you should find a skilled supplier to supply professional hydraulic oil!
